Virtual Attendance – Access Instructions
Virtual participants are kindly requested to read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth online experience during the Workshop.
1. Live Streaming – Virtual Participants Only
Live streaming of the scientific sessions is available exclusively to participants registered for virtual attendance, allowing them to follow the Workshop remotely as it takes place.

Please use the email address associated with your Workshop registration when accessing the platform.
2. Important – Time Zone
All times indicated in the Final Scientific Programme are Athens local time (Greece, EET – UTC+2).
Participants joining from other time zones should take this into account when planning their attendance and adjust the session times to their local time accordingly.
3. Final Programme
The Final Programme includes the schedule of sessions, keynote lectures and presentations.

Participants are encouraged to consult the programme in advance and identify the sessions they wish to attend.
4. Mobile Application – AttendPro
All participants are encouraged to download the AttendPro mobile app, which will be used throughout the Workshop to facilitate interaction and provide access to important information.
Through the app, participants will be able to:
- Submit questions during scientific sessions. Session chairs will be able to view submitted questions and address them at the end of each session.
- Evaluate sessions and provide feedback on the scientific programme (At the end of each session, you will receive a notification inviting you to evaluate it. Please make sure that notifications are enabled on your device so that you don't miss these reminders).
- Access the scientific programme and speaker information.
- Receive important Workshop updates.

Please make sure to use the same email address provided during Workshop registration.
5. On-Demand Access to Presentations
A few days after the conclusion of the Workshop, recordings of presentations for which speakers have granted permission for online availability will be accessible for on-demand viewing by all Workshop participants, regardless of their registration category.
A dedicated link and further instructions will be provided once the recordings become available.
Please note that only presentations for which the relevant consent has been granted will be available for on-demand viewing.
6. Technical Requirements
To ensure a smooth online experience, we recommend that participants:
- Use an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox.
- Ensure they have a stable internet connection.
- Access the streaming platform using a computer or laptop, where possible.
- Connect a few minutes before the start of the session they wish to attend.
