Important Notes: Accompanying members may not register for the event or participate in the scientific programme and may not be paid for by MedTech Europe Members. The social programme does not interfere in any way with the scientific programme.

NOTES:

  • Students must be PhD candidates at the time of registration. Please verify by uploading during online registration a scanned copy of your valid student ID card or an official certificate from your Academic Institution.
  • Trainees, Nurses, Fellows should verify by uploading during online registration an official certificate from your Institution
  • All invoices and receipts will be sent out by e-mail, within 20 working days following completion of the meeting. 

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

The Meeting Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected]) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Meeting in December 2026.

by 31st July 2026, 23:59 Greek time (EEST) refund of the registration fee less 50 € administrative charge applies
from 1st August 2026 50% refund of the registration fee
from 1st September 2026 no refund
